Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an evidence-based behavioral approach designed to increase psychological flexibility — the capacity to stay present, open to internal experience and engage in behaviors that serve personally meaningful values.
Join our live webinar where we’ll explore how to recognize psychological inflexibility, identify processes that may be maintaining client difficulties and select practical ACT interventions that can be integrated into psychotherapy across a range of concerns.

She has led executive retreats and intensives for leadership teams including Deckers Brands, Lightfully Behavioral Health and YPO.
