ACA member Robert Turner spoke with Preserving Your Memory magazine about the value of sleep for people with Alzheimer’s disease.

“People with AD tend to have more awakenings at night, and have trouble consolidating their sleep in the evening, and thus, sleep more during the daytime,” Turner says.
