David Kaplan, ACA’s chief professional officer, spoke with The Washington Post about the spreading fear of Ebola.
Kaplan argued that even if the threat of something like Ebola is minuscule or remote, hysterical media coverage can lead us to "develop a cognitive bias that things occur more frequently than they actually do."
