This course focuses on the knowledge of history, principles, theories, and dynamics of group counseling. This course emphasizes on the communication process, curative factors, and stages of group development. The course facilitates students’ learning of therapeutic leadership, and therapeutic techniques, skills, and styles unique to the group process. Participation in an experiential group is required to complete this course.
