Led by the ACA Council of Editors, this 90-minute education session is designed to promote research and scholarship, clarify and demystify the publication process, and provide the skills needed for successful publishing in refereed professional counseling journals and Counseling Today.

ACA field editors will offer general writing and manuscript preparation guidelines, tips for targeting the appropriate publication for your topic, insight on reviewer feedback, advice on turning a dissertation into a publishable manuscript and more. Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss article topic possibilities and how-tos in a question-and-answer, roundtable format.
