Here's how to claim your CE hours:

Step 1: Go to the Continuing Professional Development site

Step 2: Click Login Icon on the top toolbar and login using your ACA username and password

Step 3: Click My Account Icon on the top toolbar

Step 4: Click Live Events Icon on the left navigation

Step 5: Click Review Event Iconunder the ACA 2019 Conference & Expo

Step 6: Click Evaluations Iconon the left navigation

Step 7: Click Take Evaluation Icon under the session you attended, complete the evaluation, and hit “Submit”. Do this for EACH session you attended. (Tip: enter in the Program ID number in the search box to alleviate scrolling!)


After you have completed an evaluation for each session you attended, you can access your CE certificate by:

Step 1: Click My Account Icon on the top toolbar

Step 2: Click CE Transcript Icon on the left navigation

Step 3: Click ACA 2019 Conference & Expo Icon

Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the sessions you attended/evaluated and click Print Transcript Icon

Attendees must complete the online evaluation process by August 31, 2019 in order to receive CE hours.

Continuing Education Credits Earned at ACA 2019 Conference & Expo

Most attendees will be able to accumulate 15.5 CE credits during the Conference Sessions; however, you can earn up to 8 additional CE credits by attending the full day of Pre-Conference Learning Institutes on March 28. Then you can return home with up to 23.5 CE credits! Please note, attendance is monitored and you must attend 100% of the session to receive credit. Partial credit will not be awarded. Claim your credits online.

ACA will provide electronic evaluations and continuing education credits to attendees. You must complete a session evaluation for each session you attended during conference. After the conference, you will be able to print off a copy of your CE certificate from your personal computer at no additional cost.

American Counseling Association (ACA) has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 1000. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. ACA is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
