Have questions about ACA’s Virtual Conference Experience? Peruse the topics below, which include commonly asked questions and answers regarding CE credits, technology, accessing content, and more.

Virtual Platform

  • A virtual event is an event you can attend through your desktop, laptop, or tablet from the comfort and convenience of your home or office.

  • “On-demand” is when sessions or events are pre-recorded and are available to watch at any time. On April 5, 2021, the 2021 ACA Virtual Conference Experience (VCE) will open to registrants with hundreds of sessions ready to watch on-demand throughout April and May

  • A Quick Chat is a 15-minute live conversation that will take place Monday through Friday each week in April 2021. These conversations will be on current topics with industry experts or ACA staff. All Quick Chats will be available On-Demand throughout the month of May.

  • After registering, all 2021 ACA Virtual Conference Experience (VCE) registrants will receive an email with the VCE login instructions. These instructions will be sent to the email address you used to register for the VCE. This email will contain the link to the VCE event platform, where you will use your ACA credentials to enter the site. It is recommended that you bookmark the VCE event platform after logging in.

  • No. All of your communication on the 2021 ACA VCE platform will be text-based.

Continuing Education

  • Yes, CE hours are available on over 200 on-demand sessions. Each session listing will clearly identify the credit amounts available and approved by various organizations. A full list of education sessions that will be offered can be found on the ACA website here.

  • There are hundreds of on-demand sessions available on a variety of topics, providing hundreds of Continuing Education Credits. You can complete sessions and earn CEs at your leisure during May 2021. You are only limited by your own schedule.

  • During the month of May, no live CE credits will be offered.

  • Yes. A CE certificate will be issued for each completed session, including a breakdown of clock hours and approvals.

  • Your certificate will be available to view/print/download immediately after you view a session video in its entirety and complete the session post-test.

Accessing Content

  • As soon as you receive your registration confirmation you will be able to access all VCE content through May 31, 2021.

  • Yes, you must be registered for the 2021 ACA Virtual Conference Experience by April 30, 2021 to access the content. Your registration fee will give you entry to the virtual event from April 5 through May 31, 2021. With this entry you’ll have access to hundreds of on-demand sessions and hundreds of CEs.

  • There is no maximum capacity for the sessions.

  • Our live events will be recorded and available to watch on-demand 24 hours after the live airing. All on-demand sessions and events are available for viewing as many times as you’d like, 24 hours a day, through May 31, 2021.

Schedule of Events

  • Starting May 2, there will be on-demand sessions, keynotes, Quick Chat “live” presentations with thought leaders from inside and outside of the profession, and relaxation break activities.

  • There will be no Pre-conference Learning Institutes during the Virtual Conference Experience. All education opportunities are included with your registration and begin on April 5, 2021.

  • No, there will not be an Expo Hall or Career Center, but the VCE will have many learning opportunities and ways to connect with sponsors. You can always find information on careers on the ACA website.

  • There will be no networking opportunities offered on the VCE during the month of May.

  • The keynote speakers have been announced on the ACA website here.

  • Some presenters and Quick Chat speakers have opted to share their contact information and website in the details about their session. For keynote speakers, we recommend reaching out to them via their social media channels.

  • More information on the 2022 Call for Proposals will be released in June 2021.


  • All keynotes, education sessions, and Quick Chat sessions will be closed captioned.

  • No app will be needed. You will be able to access the VCE using your internet browser on your desktop, laptop, or tablet.

  • To make the most of your virtual experience, we recommend using one of the following devices: Desktop, Laptop, or Tablet.

    We also recommend using one of the following internet access browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.

    All sessions will be delivered via a video player on the VCE platform. With a stable internet connection, you will be able to view all sessions with no buffering issues.

  • Within the platform, click the “Technical Issues?” button. This button will be accessible from any page on the platform. Our live chat expert is available every day, 9am–5pm ET, from Sunday, May 2 to Saturday, May 8.
