Thank you for your interest in conducting live interviews at the ACA annual conference in San Francisco! We look forward to seeing you at the conference, and providing you with a wide array of candidates from which to choose.

ACA will provide you with an interview space and will make available resumes for your pre-selection. If you have any questions about the process, or need any further details, please contact the Career Center directly.

As a first step, we need to collect some information from you. Please provide us some details about you and your search for a candidate. Also, check off the following times when you would like to have a booth reserved. The booth will be marked with your name and organisation, and may be treated as your office for the duration of the reservation.

You will be scheduling your own interviews.

All interviews take place inside the Expo Hall at the Career Center. The Career Center is open from 10:30 am until 6:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
When you contact the candidates you select for interview, make sure that you get a number where you can reach them during the conference, and give them a number to contact you in case something occurs and the interview needs to be rescheduled.

Come out of your booth and say the name of the candidate you want to see next.

It is likely that candidates will congregate at the front of the Career Center.
Keep a list of your interview times and contact numbers. Since we are not involved in your interview set-up, we will not have that information available for you at the Career Center.
