Ground Transportation
Taxi service is available at the arrival/baggage claim area of all terminals of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). Visit the taxi desk in the baggage claim area of Terminal 3 to assist with any questions or concerns. Driving time from CVG airport to the downtown Cincinnati via taxi is approximately 25 minutes. The cost is $25 one way (one to four people) in a cab.

Make your shuttle airport reservation and receive a discount! Book your shuttle transportation in advance by phone or online from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) to any of the ACA conference hotels at the discounted rate of $22 one way and $30 round trip, per person.

Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty car rentals can be accessed via a shuttle that departs every 5-10 minutes which will take you to the rental company of your choice. You can board the car rental shuttle at the east end of the terminal, past baggage carousel 5/6.
ACA Shuttle Transportation
ACA will provide limited free shuttle bus transportation between ACA-designated hotels and the Duke Energy Convention Center. Please check your hotel lobby for shuttle bus schedules. Onsite assistance can be secured at the ACA Registration desk at the Duke Energy Convention Center.
