The ACA Housing Bureau is now accepting reservations for lodging in conjunction with the ACA 2013 Conference & Exposition in Cincinnati, OH, March 20-24. In order to take advantage of the discounted group rates, you must make your hotel reservations through the ACA Housing Bureau. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

To provide you with a variety of lodging accommodations and room rates, we have selected several of the finest hotels in Cincinnati. The conference hotels are within walking distance of the Duke Energy Convention Center or a short ride on the complimentary ACA shuttle bus.

Before you reserve your housing, please review the following:

1. The ACA Conference & Exposition dates are Friday, March 22 thru Sunday, March 24
2. The Pre-conference Learning Institutes are Wednesday, March 20 and Thursday, March 21
3. All Education Sessions and Pre-Conference Learning Institutes, Keynote presentations, the main Registration area, the Expo Hall, the Red Cross training, and First Timers Orientation Breakfast will be held at the Convention Center. The Opening Party, Division activities, committee meetings, and receptions will be held at the co-headquarter hotels, Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza and Hyatt Regency Cincinnati
4. The ACA Housing Bureau deadline for reserving lodging at the discounted conference rates is February 18
5. Reserve early to ensure you get the lodging you desire! The co-headquarters hotel typically fills up first.
