Gundersen Health System, located in La  Crosse, WI is currently hiring for a Residential  Treatment Therapist.  This position is  responsible for providing individual and group  counseling for chemically dependent patients  admitted to Unity Houses.  Provides mental health assessment, counseling and/or referrals for mental health services as appropriate to patient needs.  Provides direction for Unity staff for House function and program components. Case manages Intensive Residential Treatment and Residential Treatment patients.  Provides assessment, diagnosis, individualized treatment planning and high quality, cost-effective psychotherapy and related services to patients with Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drug Addiction (AODA) problems.
