Rehabilitation Counselor

Location: - Various Locations, West Virginia


Requires: A Masters' degree in rehabilitation counseling, counseling and guidance, social work, nursing or related behavioral science fields. Employee performs professional counseling work with disabled individuals. Identifies potential problems in returning clients to the working community. May meet with employers to develop programs to modify jobs or find alternative employment for injured workers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Training: A Masters's degree from a regionally accredited college or university in rehabilitation counseling, counseling and guidance, social work, nursing or related behavioral science fields OR current national certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) or Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE) OR Current WV license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
