To administer, supervise and implement substance abuse, mental health, and
co-occurring disorders programs to ensure activities are carried out in
accordance with specified objectives and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or related field from accredited college or university, licensed as psychologist, mental health counselor, social worker, marriage and family therapist, or nurse. Also either licensed as a Chemical Dependency Professional or trained in Co-Occurring Disorders treatment. Minimum five (5) years of supervisory or administrative experience in mental health and chemical dependency treatment and program oversight.
