Hope Network, a nonprofit behavioral health company in Michigan, is currently seeking a Clinical Program Manager for their crisis residential unit (CRU) in Holland, MI. The CRU provides an alternative to inpatient hospitalization for adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis.

The Clinical Program Manager will be responsible for the provision of residential services and staff activities, including the coordination of client care, programming, and team members. A qualified candidate would possess an MSW, MA, MS, or equivalent from an accredited University or College and possess a limited or full license in counseling, psychology, or social work in the state of Michigan. At least two (2) years supervisory experience is preferred. A valid driver's license with acceptable driving record is required.
