Responsibilities:
• Provide Individual, Group and/or Family therapy
• Conduct Bio-Psychosocial Assessments, In- Depth Assessments and Treatment Plans and review for appropriateness and accuracy
• Assist in supervising all Clinical staff, as requested
• Attend Treatment Plan Meetings
• Provide trainings to staff, as requested by Executive Director or Director of Operations
• If needed, carry a caseload of assigned consumers
• Represent the agency at community meetings/functions
• Ensure all Bio- Psychosocial Assessments, In-depth Assessments and Individual Treatment Plan are thorough and accurate
• Serve as consumer advocate
• Will perform any additional tasks assigned by the Executive Director or Director of Operations

Requirements: LMHC. Five years of professional experience in a managerial/supervisory level in a mental health organization providing services to persons with serious mental illness and training in evaluation and assessments, treatment planning, treatment interventions, documentation.
