Description:
To assist clients to restore their functioning and achieve their goals using Liberation’s evidence-based treatment methods and in a manner consistent with Liberation’s Treatment Values

Duties:
• Provide culturally competent language-specific counseling services
• Case management
• Complete ongoing treatment reviews (OTRs)
• Conduct case conferences

Qualifications:
• Certification in Addiction Counseling (CAC), or plan to achieve CAC within 12 months of hire
• Must have a work history that demonstrates the understanding of a consumer driven delivery system, accomplishment, punctuality and the ability to work well with colleagues.
• Must have strong communications skills along with the interpersonal skills to work effectively at all levels of the organization and its stakeholders
• Must be computer literate
