Our vision for society is a world where everyone in recovery is fully integrated into their communities, and society sees the quality of life improve.

We began with a small network of families and individuals in Waterbury that needed support to overcome addictions. Central Naugatuck Valley Help, Inc has grown to become a human services agency comprised of sixty five full time staff and seven distinct programs.

We offer mental health and addiction services funded through the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, the Department of Correction and the Judicial Department. Our services are located in Waterbury, Torrington and Danbury.

CLINICAL CONSULTANT with Masters Degree and current Professional Licensure (LCSW, LPC) part-time and full-time opportunities are available within the agency. FT Salary $43,115

THERAPISTS with Masters Degree in human service field, and 2 years relevant field experience to work in outpatient setting in Danbury and Torrington. Salary $31,042

COUNSELORS with BA or BS degree in human service related field, or A.S. degree and 2 years relevant field experience to work in community based residence in Waterbury. Salary $27,594
