This position functions within the hospital Social Services Department to provide counseling and education to inpatient and outpatient clients experiencing challenges with alcohol or substance abuse.

Behavioral Health Clinician: this position provides a variety of treatment services including individual, group, family, and marital therapy to any and all clients from birth to elder. This position also provides clinical services such as intake/diagnostic evaluations, case evaluations, and crisis intervention; as well as acts as a liaison with other agencies as required.

Counselor needed to provide a full range of therapeutic and counseling services to substance abuse/mental health patients.

The position of Counselor is to provide behavioral health counseling services , case management, aftercare and follow-up with individuals and families impacted by a variety of behavioral health (addiction/substance abuse and mental health) issue at Phillips Ayagnirvik Treatment Center.

The Pastoral Counselor is that member of the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team who directly provides spiritual support to patients, families and staff.

The Bereavement/Spiritual Care Coordinator is responsible for determining a level of support and care to families before and following the death of a hospice patient.

Substance Abuse Counselor / DiDi Hirsch Community Mental Health Center Glendale, CA Providing comprehensive counseling and educational services, in a community setting, to persons with substance abuse problems, at risk for substance abuse or diagnosed with substance abuse or chemical dependency.

MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR: The purpose of this position is to provide a variety of mental health services that may include initial intake assessments, evaluations, therapy including individual, family and groups, crisis intervention, and linkages and referrals to appropriate services.

Under the general direction of the Team Leader or Program Director, the Case Manager facilitates the implementation of individualized Service Plans. This position provides client advocacy services and case management strategies.

Under the supervision of the Captain, the Correctional Counselor II (Supervisor) assigns and reviews the work of subordinate Correctional Counselor I’s with the program unit. Evaluates staff performance and takes and/or recommends appropriate action. Provides casework services to selected inmates. May carry a reduced caseload. Makes recommendations to Parole Services regarding the parole or retention of inmates.

We are looking for two licensed clinicians. 1) A LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or MFT (Marriage and Family Therapist), to work as a School Based Mental Health Therapist/Counselor to provide individual counseling, group counseling, family counseling, teacher consults, and parent consults at various schools throughout the Compton/South Los Angeles area. THE CORRECTIONAL COUNSELOR II, SPECIALIST is responsible for all casework functions of an assigned unit and serves as a casework/classification consultant to custodial and treatment/clinical staff.
