ACA 2011 Conference & Exposition Housing Information

The ACA Housing Bureau is now accepting reservations for lodging in conjunction with the ACA 2011 Conference & Exposition in New Orleans, March 23-27. In order to take advantage of the discounted group rates, you must make your hotel reservations through the ACA Housing Bureau. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

To provide you with a variety of lodging accommodations and room rates, we have selected seven of the finest hotels in New Orleans. All of the hotels are within walking distance of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center or a short ride on the complimentary ACA shuttle bus.

Before you reserve your housing, please review the following:

1. The ACA Conference & Exposition dates are Wednesday, March 23 thru Sunday, March 27 (click here for Planning Calendar).
2. The Pre-conference Learning Institutes are Wednesday, March 23 and Thursday, March 24 (session titles will be posted in early August)
3. All Education Sessions and Pre-Conference Learning Institutes, Keynote presentations, the main Registration area, the Exposition, and the Red Cross training will be held at the Convention Center. The Opening Party, Division activities, committee meetings, and First Timers Lunch will be held at the Hilton New Orleans. (A Tote Bag/Program Distribution area will be set up at the Hilton New Orleans but the main Conference Registration area will be at the Convention Center.) There are no ACA events scheduled at hotels other than the Hilton New Orleans.
4. The ACA Housing Bureau deadline for reserving lodging at the discounted conference rates is Monday, February 28.
5. Reserve early to ensure you get the lodging you desire! The Headquarters Hotel typically fills up first.
