Located at the back of the Expo, this is an area reserved for exhibitors only. ACA will provide beverages each morning and a snack each afternoon.

Exhibitor Descriptions
Send your 40-word description of your organization and products/services to kmaguire@counseling.org. to be included in the 2012 Conference Program Guide and online in the interactive floor plan. Descriptions must be received by January 17, 2012 in order to be included in the 2012 Conference Program Guide. Descriptions received after January 17 will be included in the Addendum to the Conference Program Guide.

NEW! EXPO PRODUCT SHOWCASE
$600 per 45 minute session or $450 per 30 minute session Limited and available
only to exhibitors. Expo Product Showcase will be held in the Expo in a theater-style draped room. The advantage of the Expo Product Showcase is that product promotion is allowed as opposed to the education sessions where product promotion is strictly prohibited. This will provide you with a format in which to present your services and products to conference attendees in a more educational and informative setting. We will promote the Expo Product Showcase in the Conference Program Guide as well as online.
TOTE BAG INSERTS
An efficient and inexpensive way to reach ACA conference attendees. Your brochure, flier, card, leaflet, magazine, notepad or similar item will be hand-stuffed into each keepsake ACA tote bag.

TAKE-ONE TABLE
ACA will designate an area in the Expo where your fliers or brochures will be displayed, along with a sign with your company name and logo. Space on the take-one table is limited. We will restock your information daily.

HOSTING EVENTS AT YOUR BOOTH
ACA encourages you to bring attendees into your booth!
Have an espresso bar, a smoothie station or a wine and cheese hour!*
Host a book signing or an author meet-and-greet!
* All food and beverages must be ordered through the catering department.
Exhibitors must obtain authorization from show management for all booth events. We will be happy to help you with all arrangements through the Moscone Center West catering department.
ACA will help you promote this with a note on the exhibitor page of our website and a discounted ad in the Conference Program Guide or Tote Bag Insert. Contact Kmaguire@counseling.org.
